As we celebrate the remarkable women who bring passion and dedication to their work  on international Women’s Day, we are proud to highlight the inspiring journey of one of the pillars of our kitchen: our dear colleague Nezha.

The begining of a Culinary Journey

Nezha’s story within our riad is one of persistence, talent, and continuous growth. When she first joined our team, she started as a commis, supporting the kitchen and preparing meals for our staff. Even at that time, her dedication, attention to detail, and love for cooking were already evident.

Over time, Nezha embraced every opportunity to learn and grow.  As a result, she undertook various roles within the kitchen, gaining experience, refining her skills. At the same time, she deepened her understanding of the culinary traditions that make Moroccan cuisine so special.

Today, we are proud to see her leading the production of our kitchen. In this role, she carefully prepares menus for our guests and ensuring that every dish reflects authenticity, quality, and creativity. More importantly, through her work, Nezha does much more than cook; she creates memorable moments for travelers who come to discover the flavors and hospitality of our riad.

Each plate that leaves the kitchen carries a part of her passion. From traditional Moroccan recipes to carefully crafted menus for our clients, Nezha’s cuisine tells a story of dedication and love for her craft.

An Inspiring Journey of Dedication

Her journey from preparing meals for the team to becoming  one of our chefs who now delights our guests is a beautiful example of how commitment and perseverance can shape a remarkable career. Within our riad, Nezha is not only a talented chef but also an inspiring woman whose work contributes greatly to the unique experience we offer our visitors.
